Answering Service

Our Telephone Answering Service is fully computerized and is guaranteed to have a LIVE operator to answer incoming calls at all times. We staff our service with enough operators, so at no time will there be a need to divert calls to a recording, as we believe recording means lost calls.

When calls come in to the service, we can put the caller on hold and contact one of your employees and patch the call through; or we can take a message and relay the call to your on call; or we can simply send your message to your cellular phone or pager as a text message.

Our local and province wide numeric, alphanumeric, and voice pagers will insure you are never out of touch for your important calls!

We can also send your messages to your Bell, Rogers, Telus, Mike, or Fido cell phone!

Pagers are available in a variety of formats. Our large selection will allow you to keep in touch wherever and whenever you need.

For local Edmonton service, Compage owns & operates its own wireless frequency and associated tower, transmitter and related equipment. For province wide paging we use Telus’ paging network.
